Accelerate / Salesforce Integration Announced

ConsumerOptix co-founder Brian Kipp announced today that the company's personalized sales media platform known as Accelerate is fully integrated with the Salesforce CRM platform. "Accelerates new Salesforce integration dramatically enhances the insurance and financial services user experience for the Accelerate user community", said Mr. Kipp. "The nature of our integration provides full Accelerate visibility into the Salesforce user platform", he said.

The company announced that integration is not limited to tracking user activity such as the creation and delivery of highly personalized customer facing media and documents, but also tracks real-time engagement by the recipient. "Of course it's powerful for our clients to track what who is creating customer media such as Proposals, RFPs and Scope of Services documents and videos, but it's even more important to track if the documents are being read or viewed", said ConsumerOptix co-founder, James O'Hara. "The Salesforce user community now has complete visibility into Accelerate user and media recipient activity at the Account, Contact and Dashboard levels. Salesforce / Accelerate analytics and reporting shows what's happening within the sales organization and which customers and prospects are engaging and responding", he said.

The company pointed out that enabling Accelerate's Salesforce integration is simple and intuitive. "A Salesforce Admin needs only to click on the Accelerate package and add the "Accelerate Events" module to the Dashboard, Account or Contact screens", said Mr. Kipp. "It couldn't be easier".
