Today, James E. O'Hara and Brian C. Kipp announced the launch of ConsumerOptix an Ohio InsureTech and FinTech corporation. ConsumerOptix is the maker of Accelerate, a platform to create, manage, and deliver highly personalized customer and consumer media and eBenefitsIQ a pyschographics-driven employee benefits enrollment platform.
